During a half-day strategy session, our multidisciplinary team reviews your current product portfolio and the innovation opportunities that emerge from it. We begin with an open brainstorming session to explore new ideas and directions, and then dive deeper into the most promising concepts.

After the session, you’ll receive a report summarizing the key insights, including potential innovation directions, planning, investment, and recommended next steps. The investment for this strategy session is €1.000 (excluding VAT). All information is, of course, treated with strict confidentiality.
